POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for supervising staff who provide daily therapeutic care and programming according to agency policy and governing body standards and requirements.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Requires an Associates degree plus three years of experience, Bachelors degree preferred, OR HS plus at least five years of experience required.
Related experience with vulnerable populations/older adolescent population is required.
Must have supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to manage a residential unit.
CERTIFICATION / LICENSURE
Required to maintain TCI certification.
Must have valid drivers license and meet agency insurability standards for using agency vehicles and transporting youth.

Thorough knowledge of a specialized area or technical field (such as Residential Care, Child Care, Information Technology, Food Service, Nursing, Accounting, Industrial Arts/Maintenance, or other specialized area), which involves thorough skills knowledge plus the application of technical skills.
