Personal Trainer

Franco’s Fitness Department is looking for high energy, positive, goal setting individuals who are looking to grow personally and professionally.

They must have a genuine love and passion for fitness and help motivate and inspire others on their fitness journey.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

Desire to make a difference in the fitness and Franco’s community

Successful track record on helping clients transform their mindset and bodies by achieving their goals

Improving members’ health and well-being through promoting personal training, exercise, and programs that the club offers

Maintaining a client base

Participating in fitness department programs and/or general programs of interest that the club offers

Excellent communication skills

Time management, leadership, and organizational skills

Flexibility in schedule

Entrepreneurial spirit

Working knowledge of all fitness equipment in the club

General understanding of health club operations preferred

Nationally accredited Personal Training Certification required

CPR and AED certifications must be current or obtained within 60 days of hire.
