`FB Doors Corp. is seeking a skilled Trainer to join our team and lead the training efforts for our Field Marketing Representatives (FMRs). The Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to equip our FMRs with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to excel in their roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field marketing, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a passion for coaching and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
§ Onboarding: Interview, select, hire, train, and dismiss FMRs. Facilitate the onboarding process for new FMRs, ensuring they receive comprehensive training on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
§ Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs tailored to the needs of our FMRs, covering topics such as product knowledge, sales techniques, customer engagement, brand messaging, and compliance.
§ Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for FMRs, utilizing instructional techniques and formats to accommodate different learning styles.
§ Continuous Learning: Implement ongoing training initiatives to support the professional development of FMRs, including refresher courses, skill-building workshops, and product updates.
§ Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through various methods, such as feedback surveys, performance metrics, and observation. Make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
§ Coaching and Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to FMRs to help them overcome challenges, improve performance, and achieve their goals. Regularly engage in Field Training away from the FB DOORS office.
§ Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure alignment of training initiatives with overall business objectives and strategies.
§ Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
o Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or related roles.
o Previous experience in training, coaching, or teaching is highly desirable.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
o Strong organizational and time management abilities.
o Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training software/tools.
