The Workers Comp Attorney will be filling a pivotal role for the team. Are you ready to share your expertise with this dynamic legal team?

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on the creation of pivotal legal documents—Judicial Council Forms, Pleadings, and Motions—with knowledge and precision.
• Directing and guiding Discovery processes, utilizing expertise to gather essential case information effectively.
• Serving as a liaison with clients, insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators to ensure clear communication, provide case updates, and gather vital details for strategic case management.
• Conducting in-person court appearances for various matters, leveraging extensive experience to represent clients effectively.
• Contributing expertise to foster team growth and success.

Qualifications:

• Active State Bar license with 2 years of experience in Workers Compensation Law.
• Proven track record in managing complex Workers Compensation cases from inception to resolution.
• A proactive, results-driven attitude, coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software for streamlined case preparation and representation.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive compensation ranging from $82,000 - $192,000, contingent on experience.

Schedule and Location:
