Position Overview:
As an Associate Attorney at our firm, you will play a crucial role in assisting with all aspects of personal injury cases, from initial client consultation through settlement negotiations or trial. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis on various aspects of personal injury law.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Assist with case investigation, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and reviewing medical records.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies.
Prepare for and participate in mediation, arbitration, and court hearings.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and tactics.
Provide exceptional client service and support throughout the legal process.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
1-3 years of relevant experience in personal injury law preferred, but recent graduates with a strong interest in personal injury law are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
Demonstrated dedication to client advocacy and achieving favorable outcomes.
