Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience as an Attorney
• Nice if you have a BOOK OF BUSINESS , not mandatory! There is plenty of work for you!
• Practice areas MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN AT LEAST ONE: Civil Litigation, Real Estate & Commercial Transactions, Eminent Domain/Condemnation, Business Entity Formation and Operation, Commercial and Real Estate Financing, Appellate Advocacy
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active CA state bar admission and in good standing.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing law
• Litigation
• PLAINTIFF AND DEFENSE
• 1600-1700 BILLABLE HOURS
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Compassion and empathy for clients facing challenging situations.
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
