The Project Coordinator – Visual Design supports Mood Media’s digital signage content team by scheduling client content and assists with managing creative projects as needed. This is a client-facing position where professionalism and previous experience working directly with clients is mandatory. The Project Coordinator may also be asked to assist with other special projects as directed by the Creative Production Manager. The Project Coordinator will be involved in content scheduling and creation across multiple software platforms. They will work on a collaborative team with other project coordinators, graphic designers and motion designers.
