Responds to and resolves routine questions and technical issues. Additionally, Audio Visual Technician may require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Audio Visual Technician will be responsible for setting up events in large meeting spaces, running sound, lighting and video during live events or broadcasts. In addition, the AV Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, installation, configuration and troubleshooting of AV, Broadcast and any related control equipment. The Audio Visual Technician reports to the Director of Technology, with input from Technicians and other constituents.
