Uses auditing governance frameworks and procedures to plan and manage the auditing schedules, projects, teams, and tasks required to meet defined objectives. Being an Auditing Director engages with other functions across the enterprise, like risk, finance, information technology, and security, to facilitate audits. Prepares audit reports and recommends enhanced controls or processes as needed. Additionally, Auditing Director builds auditing teams and expertise with coaching and developmental initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). May sometimes require Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Typically reports to a director. The Auditing Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Responsibilities:
As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.
Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
Staffing and Scheduling: Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
In-home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
Financial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
Cultivating Culture: Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.
