Auditing Director executes a comprehensive enterprise-wide internal auditing strategy, function, and practice adhering to auditing standards and regulatory requirements. Uses auditing governance frameworks and procedures to plan and manage the auditing schedules, projects, teams, and tasks required to meet defined objectives. Being an Auditing Director engages with other functions across the enterprise, like risk, finance, information technology, and security, to facilitate audits. Prepares audit reports and recommends enhanced controls or processes as needed. Additionally, Auditing Director builds auditing teams and expertise with coaching and developmental initiatives. General Qualifications Previous management experience in a licensed childcare facility or experience managing faculty members Knowledge of New Jersey Licensing Regulations, some basic knowledge of NJCCIS system, Grow NJ Kids & NAEYC is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily program operations and curriculum implementation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in an educational setting.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new software tools.
Familiarity with the state’s early childhood educational regulations.
