Auditing Manager executes a comprehensive enterprise-wide internal auditing strategy, function, and practice adhering to auditing standards and regulatory requirements. Uses auditing governance frameworks and procedures to plan and manage the auditing schedules, projects, teams, and tasks required to meet defined objectives. Being an Auditing Manager engages with other functions across the enterprise, like risk, finance, information technology, and security, to facilitate audits. Prepares audit reports and recommends enhanced controls or processes as needed. Additionally, Auditing Manager builds auditing teams and expertise with coaching and developmental initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). May sometimes require Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Typically reports to a director. The Auditing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Auditing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • Job Summary:

    The Restaurant Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant.


    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • Hires and trains restaurant staff, coaches and corrects as necessary.
    • Supervises and directs staff activity during operating hours.
    • Markets and promotes the restaurant.
    • Ensures quality guest experiences and satisfaction.
    • Grows sales and profits through operational improvements and marketing.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
    • Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience through table visits and other guest interactions.
    • Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
    • Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.
    • Develops and maintains email and social media programs to positively promote the restaurant.
    • Collaborates with other managers on menus and other promotions.
    • Conducts daily pre-shift meetings.
    • Works with other managers to hit sales, food cost, and labor cost targets.
    • Conducts daily inspection of the restaurant, equipment, and premises to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the facility for guests and staff.
    • Maintains POS for accuracy, efficiency, and optimal performance.
    • Executes special projects as determined by ownership.
    • Ensures cash and inventory controls; performs daily sales reconciliation/reporting.
    • Prepares and submits operations reports and other documentation requested by ownership.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Familiarity with proper food handling, safety, and other industry standards.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Email Applications, Social Media.
    • Familiarity with POS systems and basic internet functioning.

    Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous restaurant experience required.
    • Successful completion of management training and management experience required.


    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly.
    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Prolonged periods of standing/being on feet.
    • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
    • Ability to work well with people.
