Uses auditing governance frameworks and procedures to plan and manage the auditing schedules, projects, teams, and tasks required to meet defined objectives. Being an Auditing Manager engages with other functions across the enterprise, like risk, finance, information technology, and security, to facilitate audits. Prepares audit reports and recommends enhanced controls or processes as needed. Additionally, Auditing Manager builds auditing teams and expertise with coaching and developmental initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). May sometimes require Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Typically reports to a director. The Auditing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. This role will work primarily in a non-traditional setting from the long-term location of our mobile food facility.
Managers, Assistant Managers, and Supervisors are expected to maintain a positive customer service experience by ensuring quality food is prepared and served on every shift. You will work to efficiently schedule the shifts of all employees to ensure a fair allotment of available schedules and facilitate adherence of all team members to all of Round Table Pizzas policies and procedures. Leadership positions in the Fremont (Thornton Ave.) location will be responsible for leading up to 10 employees per shift, delivering top-quality customer service, helping to manage cost control measures, as well as opening and closing procedures as needed.
Managers, Assistant Managers, and Supervisors will be required to work on their feet for the duration of their shift, be extremely hands-on assisting in serving customers, and adapt to supporting all mobile restaurant roles as needed including crew and/or driver. These positions will be filled with leaders who can ensure the entire restaurant crew is well trained to provide excellent customer service, while resolving any food quality issues, and/or customer complaints.
