Auditing Manager executes a comprehensive enterprise-wide internal auditing strategy, function, and practice adhering to auditing standards and regulatory requirements. Uses auditing governance frameworks and procedures to plan and manage the auditing schedules, projects, teams, and tasks required to meet defined objectives. Being an Auditing Manager engages with other functions across the enterprise, like risk, finance, information technology, and security, to facilitate audits. Prepares audit reports and recommends enhanced controls or processes as needed. Additionally, Auditing Manager builds auditing teams and expertise with coaching and developmental initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). May sometimes require Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Typically reports to a director. The Auditing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Auditing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Summary

    • QA Auditors are responsible for completing the following tasks:
    • Evaluating the work of fellow associates to ensure proper procedures are followed and customer orders are accurate.
    • Daily auditing of transactions completed in all departments
    • Validating and updating item information
    • Other tasks as required to meet team goals

    NIGHT SHIFT: Tuesday – Friday 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM

    • Perform basic math, and interpret both written and verbal instructions correctly
    • Actively support team concepts
    • Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal

    • Meet scheduled work hours for department and shift
    • Remain flexible to work overtime, which is mandatory
    • Give attention to detail

     

    Requirements

    • MS Office Suite (Word and Excel) experience
    • Data entry skills
    • Sound decision-making ability
    • Effective and professional communication ability, written and verbal
