Auditing Project Lead leads a group of auditors who identify risk, assess performance, prepare financial reports in various complex auditing projects. Schedules audit plans and builds audit criteria, ensures all auditing activities in accordance with organization's policies and standards. Being an Auditing Project Lead prepares auditing reports and suggestions to management. Provides oversight and guidance for auditors and may be responsible for training staff. Additionally, Auditing Project Lead ensures standard auditing practices are followed. Requires a bachelor's degree. May sometimes require the Certified Public Accountant (CPA)credential. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Auditing Project Lead supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. As a member of our Test Engineering unit, you will join a diverse and cross-functional group of professionals that are responsible for all aspects of test systems development including mechanical, electrical, software and fabrication. We are looking for an Engineer with Test Equipment background/experience to add to our team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop test systems to support products for some of the world’s most advanced military and commercial aircraft and ground vehicles.

Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience with the development of test equipment for electronic assemblies and avionics (e.g engine controls, flight controls, and weapon controls computers).
Prior project leadership and people management experience
Experience developing large integrated schedules using Microsoft Project or similar
Experience with Earned Value cost account management systems
