Auditing Project Lead leads a group of auditors who identify risk, assess performance, prepare financial reports in various complex auditing projects. Schedules audit plans and builds audit criteria, ensures all auditing activities in accordance with organization's policies and standards. Being an Auditing Project Lead prepares auditing reports and suggestions to management. Provides oversight and guidance for auditors and may be responsible for training staff. Additionally, Auditing Project Lead ensures standard auditing practices are followed. Requires a bachelor's degree. May sometimes require the Certified Public Accountant (CPA)credential. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Auditing Project Lead supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Auditing Project Lead typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     We have an opening for you to grow with us on our Security team as a Lead IT Operations Analyst. This critical role will focus on supporting the business in network and endpoint security systems globally. You’ll solve complex problems and learn with the team.

    A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
    Global Contribution: You will be assisting with the management, maintenance and configuration of all network and endpoint security systems globally. In addition, you will be contributing to global risk metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of security services and identify improvement opportunities.
    Security Standardization: In this role, you will be contributing to the creation and maintenance of security technical standards. We are looking for someone who will support a proactive-reactive response to critical operational and security events affecting the organization.
    Technical Collaboration : Participate in the remediation of security vulnerabilities while collaborating with business users and Information Technology teams to ensure business requirements are properly aligned with security requirements. Maintain, review and reinforce changes that will enhance the overall security posture, including the definition of new tool requirements.
    Your Recipe for Success
    High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cyber Security or MIS preferred.
    Intermediate to advanced knowledge of networking fundamentals and protocol analysis, firewall, load balancer, proxy, and reverse proxy technologies.
    Strong practical Linux and Windows-based systems administration skills.
    In-depth understanding of security vulnerability types as well as attack and remediation methods
    Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, communicate, and resolve issues.
    Self-starter. A well-developed interpersonal style with emphasis on collaboration, influencing and building strong long-term relationships; particularly across the Information Technology organization.
    Ability to participate in on-call rotation and provide off-hours support.
