Auditing Project Lead leads a group of auditors who identify risk, assess performance, prepare financial reports in various complex auditing projects. Schedules audit plans and builds audit criteria, ensures all auditing activities in accordance with organization's policies and standards. Being an Auditing Project Lead prepares auditing reports and suggestions to management. Provides oversight and guidance for auditors and may be responsible for training staff. Additionally, Auditing Project Lead ensures standard auditing practices are followed. Requires a bachelor's degree. May sometimes require the Certified Public Accountant (CPA)credential. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Auditing Project Lead supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Auditing Project Lead typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Residential Program. DSPs support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their journey to live a full and dignified life, both in their homes and in the community. Everyday duties include cleaning, housekeeping, medication administration, cooking, and bathing. Additionally, DSPs accompany our clients when they go fishing, attend the fair, shop for clothing, or go on vacation. We make a difference in someone's life!
We offer full-time, part-time, and on-call positions (availability depending on location). Our full-time employees work a consistent schedule every week. There are opportunities for overtime. We provide extensive paid on-the-job training to help you successfully help others! We value our experienced employees and promote from within whenever possible.
No prior experience is required! However, prior experience as a caregiver (or related field) is considered when offering a starting wage.
Wage Range: $16 - $22 per hour, starting wage depending on experience
