Being an Auditing Project Lead prepares auditing reports and suggestions to management. Provides oversight and guidance for auditors and may be responsible for training staff. Additionally, Auditing Project Lead ensures standard auditing practices are followed. Requires a bachelor's degree. May sometimes require the Certified Public Accountant (CPA)credential. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Auditing Project Lead supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Auditing Project Lead typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Job Title: EM - Project Emergency Management Lead
UCOR works a standard 4/10 schedule, Monday through Thursday unless otherwise specified by Management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience: 12-15 years of experience in emergency management, exercise planning and conduct or related emergency response work. Demonstrated experience in technical writing and the ability to make oral presentations
Roles and Responsibilities:
Prior Training or Qualifications: Must hold DOE Q clearance or have the ability to get one.

Supervises the ETTP Emergency Management Program that includes the site-wide emergency management program, the ETTP Park Shift Superintendent's office, and the ETTP Fire Protection Technical Services group.

The Emergency Management job family provides technical expertise, oversight, and support to senior management, program and project support groups and project teams throughout the company to facilitate, develop, and implement effective and compliant Emergency Management planning and execution, in compliance with DOE Order 151.1C (or current DOE emergency management contract requirement).
