Auditing Project Lead leads a group of auditors who identify risk, assess performance, prepare financial reports in various complex auditing projects. Schedules audit plans and builds audit criteria, ensures all auditing activities in accordance with organization's policies and standards. Being an Auditing Project Lead prepares auditing reports and suggestions to management. Provides oversight and guidance for auditors and may be responsible for training staff. Additionally, Auditing Project Lead ensures standard auditing practices are followed. Requires a bachelor's degree. May sometimes require the Certified Public Accountant (CPA)credential. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Auditing Project Lead supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Auditing Project Lead typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     About the Oasis at Gold Spike:

    The Oasis is an Adults Only Boutique Hotel with 130 individually designed and remodeled rooms.

     

    The primary responsibility of the Lead Housekeeper is to oversee the day-to-day housekeeping operations at both Downtowner and Oasis.

    Here are the details: 

    • Train housekeepers on cleaning tasks
    • Oversee housekeeping staff on a daily basis
    • Inspect rooms and common areas, including stairways and lobby, for cleanliness
    • Complete maintenance requests as needed 
    • Ensure that the quality inspection program is effectively and consistently maintained  
    • Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
    • Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards
    • Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
    • Respond to guest complaints and special requests
    • Monitor and replenish cleaning product stocks in all housekeeping storage areas
    • Participate in large cleaning projects as required
    • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
    • Maintain inventory of linen/supplies
    • Maintain lost and found control point
    • Perform housekeeping duties as needed  
    • Perform other related duties, as assigned

    • Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and PMS systems 

    Education/Experience: 

    • High School Diploma required
    • Two (2) years’ supervisory experience in housekeeping management in the hospitality industry required 
    • Thorough knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies and chemicals 
    • Thorough knowledge of guest service standards and procedures required
