Aquire Restoration, Inc. is a full-service general contractor that provides restoration and remodeling to residential and commercial properties. Our restoration division assists with unplanned emergency events damaged primarily by Water, Fire, Mold, Storm, Sewer and Crime/Trauma scenes. Our remodeling division is a planned event where an owner wants to update their property. We are looking for a qualified Estimator that is energetic, responsible, self-motivated, resourceful, and team oriented to join our team!

Job Location: Oshkosh, WI

Compensation: Salary position with competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, accident/disability, life insurance (100% premiums paid by employer), paid time off, paid holidays, YMCA membership, uniforms/vehicle/tools/phone provided by company at no cost to employee, and 401k plan with company match.

*No salary cap and can earn as much as desired based off work production with bonuses, and commissions on top of salary*

Hours:40 hours per week, M-F 7:30am-5pm
Experience: Candidates must have High School Diploma and/or G.E.D. and minimum three years construction experience

Key responsibilities and tasks:

• Ability to learn and obtain specialized certifications
• Manage Mitigation projects
• Communicate with property owners, subcontractors, vendors, and employees regarding scheduling
• Ability to draft/modify estimates in specialized software
• Knowledge/experience in Microsoft Office
• Document project statuses via internal project management software
• Manage budgets and work with construction managers to verify projects are properly completed on budget
• Follow construction standards/codes to ensure compliance
• Attend regular meetings with management to review all active project files
• Ability to receive/respond to after-hours emergency service calls once every four-six weeks
