Ohio License Clerk

AAA East Central's Ashland BMV office has an excellent full-time opportunity for a detail-oriented self-starter who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service within a very fast-paced office environment.

Business hours at the Ashland BMV are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm and Saturday, 8am-12pm.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Greeting and interacting with BMV clientele and determining the nature of their service needs;
• Assisting customers with inquiries and transactions related to Ohio BMV license and registration services;
• Accurately perform data entry;

Various clerical activities that contribute to the overall smooth operation of the office.

Qualifications :

• 2 years face-to-face customer service experience in a fast paced environment;
• Good PC & internet skills with quick and accurate keyboarding and data entry skills; familiarity with common office equipment;
• Basic cashiering skills and ability to make correct change;
• Exceptional attention to detail;
• Upbeat, service-oriented interpersonal communication skills;

H.S. Diploma or GED.
