• Collaborate with property owners, adjusters, and Project Managers to assess damage and scope restoration projects.
• Participate in on-site evaluations after property disasters to accurately estimate repair and cleanup costs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurance professionals and property owners.
• Communicate project expectations clearly to property owners, ensuring alignment on restoration goals.
• Work closely with production teams, signing off on project work and ensuring accurate execution of restoration plans.
• Actively listen to clients' needs and concerns, offering empathetic support during challenging times.
• Generate work opportunities for Project Managers by building trust and credibility within the industry.

Scoping and Estimating

• Be well versed in preparing estimates with Xactimate and or Symbility and working with various insurance carriers meeting the requirements of each carrier.

• Prepare construction estimates ranging from $5,000-$500,000

• Completing estimates within 48 hours of initial inspection.

• Completing additional required comments within 8-24 hours.

• Use Docusketch for digital documentation.

• Review approved estimate with Project Manager going over scope of work and budgeting at the beginning of every job.

• Review insurance supplements and change orders with Project Manager.

• Ensure any additional work is documented and approved by insurance company and all change orders are signed
