We off an annual Profit-Sharing retirement plan with contributions between 0% - 15%, that is fully Company funded and an opportunity for an annual bonus among other benefits.

We are looking for an experienced estimator and mathematician who likes to solve tough problems. The ideal candidate has 5 to 10 years of applicable estimating experience in the construction industry with a company that self-performs work in concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry or a combination of those trades. Those who have experience with other trade contractors coupled with a strong willingness to learn will also be considered.

Responsibilities include:

• Review of plans and specifications
• Quantity takeoff
• Site visits
• Pricing of self-performed work using our historical cost database
• Preparation of bids
• Conceptual estimating
• Preconstruction services
• Analysis of subcontractor bids to assure a complete scope of work
• Negotiate and award subcontracts
