As an Estimator, your primary responsibility will be to assess and estimate the cost of insulation projects for residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and project managers to understand their insulation needs and provide accurate estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct site visits to assess the scope of work and gather necessary information for estimating insulation projects.

2. Analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine insulation requirements and project details.

3. Calculate material quantities, labor costs, and other expenses required for insulation installation or retrofitting.

4. Prepare detailed proposals and quotes for clients, ensuring clarity and transparency in pricing and project scope.

5. Follow up on leads and answer client inquiries.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, insulation products, and building codes to provide informed recommendations to clients.

7. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in estimating, construction, or insulation installation is highly desirable.

- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of insulation materials, techniques, and building codes.

- Valid driver's license

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
