Here’s What You’ll Get To Do

• Understand and follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and hazard communications.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.
• Master knowledge of Syracuse Glass products and services.
• Become familiar with the competitor’s products and services.

• Master all software (i.e., Fenevison, excel, Guardian Performance Calculator etc.) relative to the function of the business and delivery of product and services to our customers.
• Prepare / provide detailed proposals to our customers.
• Generate purchase orders for special job requirements.

• Generate accurate estimates from drawings.
• Recommend comparable alternate products where specified products are difficult or undesirable to use or obtain
• Recognize jobs or products that are not suitable for production equipment
• Provide product data or specifications to customers when needed
• Respond to customer requests in a timely fashion
• Keep management informed with any pertinent information pertaining to employee, customer, or project issues that may arise.
• Pay Range $23 - $27/hour depending on Experience

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• Ability to generate an accurate estimate from project specifications
• Accurate math skills are required for performing calculations
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, for constant internal and external communication.
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good evaluation and priority setting skills required.
• Ability to interact well with others through good listening and communication skills
• Ability to perform detailed operations while maintaining the overall “big picture” goal.
• Ability to read blueprints and architectural drawings preferred
• Computer Skills

• Frequently required to stand, sit, bend and kneel.
