Salary Pay Range: $70K-80K, Negotiable, based on experience and education

Incentives: Quarterly Production Incentive Plan; based on performance and sale.

Schedule: 40 hours a week

We are looking for an in-office Estimator in our Northwestern Region to meet or exceed sales goals, while generating estimations using the latest technology available, and communicating changes to dollar values to the management team. Core Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Estimate reconstruction & general construction projects using Xactimate.
• Study home plans, update specifications, identify & project costs from each phase of the job to prepare a budget.
• Maintain organized documentation and plans to complete special reports.
• Interact professionally and transparently with adjusters, crew members, and clientele.
• Commit to attend educational workshops, leadership seminars, and sponsored training sessions.

 Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required. 
• Familiarity with Contractor Connection Program work is required.
• 1-3 years of estimating experience using Xactimate in the construction/restoration or related industry required.
• Strong business development networks within various restoration organizations.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skillset (Excel, Word, etc.) and Outlook email.
• Ability to build strong relationships with persuasive speaking, negotiation, and sales skillset.
