Job Summary:
The Automotive/General Office position at Lustig Automotive Holdings in Westminster, California is a full-time, hourly administrative role in the auto industry. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for providing support to the general office and automotive departments by performing a variety of administrative tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the office.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
- Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or individual
- Respond to emails and other communication in a timely manner
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned by management
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable tasks
- Daily Deposits
- Inventory (physical and accounting)
- Support other departments and team members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of accounting processes preferred
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
