The Automotive Service Advisor will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service, managing vehicle maintenance and repair orders, and acting as the liaison between our customers and our skilled automotive technicians. The primary objective of this role is to ensure a smooth and seamless service experience for our clients while maximizing vehicle service revenue and achieving organizational targets.

Looking for…

• 1-2 years Automotive Service Advisor experience
• Previous Service Advisor experience with any manufacturer dealership
• Knowledge of automotive service and repair procedures
• CDK experience preferred
• Great customer service skills and professional attitude
• Good Communication Skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Basic Computer Skills
• Valid Driver License

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
