Our Service Advisors work 50 hours per week within our store hours.
As an Automotive Service Writer, you are responsible for communicating with customers about their vehicle repair needs and relaying that information to our service technicians. Over the phone and in person, you greet our customers and help them determine what repairs are necessary and how much they will cost. You answer each customer's questions and help them feel confident that we're providing the solutions that best suit their needs. Then, you clearly communicate the agreed-upon repairs to our service technicians. Personable and friendly, you use your great customer service skills to build strong client relationships that lead to return business and referrals.
