Service Advisor - Essential Duties

• Serve as the liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.
• Prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, problems and causes discovered. Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
• Provide the client with an accurate estimate of repair or maintenance cost, detailing problems and pertinent information, and secure client authorization of repair or service.

Qualifications:

• 2 or more years experience in Service Advisor position
• Quality Focus, Productivity, and Product Solving
• Strong abilities in Time Management, Communication Skills and Multitasking
• Self-starter with experience in developing relationships
• Organized and can manage time efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
