R&R Glass is a small business located about 9 miles south of Clifton AZ. We are a family owned and operated business that has been here in Greenlee County since 1978. We serve the community in all their glass needs from Automotive to Residential. We also have been serving the Morenci Copper Mine owned by Freeport(FMI) since 1978 fullfilling their glass needs from Heavy Equipment, Light Vehicles, as well as Property Buildings.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. We specialize in serving the mining industry. FMI Property approval and back ground check required along with pre-employment drug testing prior to being hired. Duties:

- Perform Heavy Equipment and Light Vehicle Glass installations mobile on FMI Property

- Be able to climb up and down equipment several times a day

- Conduct inspections and identify any additional repair needs

- Complete repairs efficiently and accurately, ensuring high-quality workmanship

- Utilize power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment to perform tasks

- Stay updated on the latest automotive glass technology advancements, including ADAS systems

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair procedures

- Be willing to work outdoors in a harsh mining environment Monday through Friday along with some weekends. Taking paid on call on a rotating basis.

Qualifications:

- 2 years experience in the Auto Glass trade

- Have a valid drivers license with clean driving record

- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment

- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Skills:

- Able to cut flat glass preferred but not required

- Experience in window tinting is a plus

- Knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)

- Up to date MSHA preferred but not required will supply all safety training

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
