  • Role and Responsibilities:

    • Replace automotive glass, adhering to strict quality standards.
    • Perform repairs on damaged glass.
    • Conduct both pre and post-inspections with customers.
    • Use a variety of tools and scanning equipment as necessary.
    • Document repair orders on mobile devices.
    • Check in parts and communicate needs with a sense of urgency.
    • Safely remove and install trim panels & interior parts without causing damage.
    • Prioritize and manage time effectively to complete daily assignments.
    • Operate as a mobile position from a company-provided vehicle.
    • Clean vehicles of any glass debris resulting from impact or the repair process and ensure all visible surfaces are clear of excess materials.
    • Maintain safe working conditions by ensuring all equipment, materials, and areas of operation are secure and functional.
    • Conduct a final inspection with the customer, obtaining their signature on all required paperwork.
    • Handle all administrative duties and collect payments upon job completion.
    • Be accountable for assigned inventory, which includes vehicles, mobile devices, tools, and other provided equipment.
    • Carry out any other duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications, Education & Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years in the automotive glass industry.
    • Solid understanding of glass installation and replacement techniques.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
    • Proficient knowledge and usage of computers, mobile devices, and associated technology.
    • Self-driven individual with a positive attitude and customer-centric vision.
