As an Aircraft Modification Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the modification team. - Manage a team of 12-15 mechanics and technicians and provide guidance and support
- Manage daily work flow process
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise in the workplace
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- 7 years of related aviation experience including crew management
- Aircraft modification experience
