Aviation Manager manages overall aviation operations focused on operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory and organizational operating policies, procedures, and standards. Develops plans and schedules skill development and training sessions for pilots, crews, and operators. Being a Aviation Manager ensures all operations follow and comply with current FAA regulations, airworthiness, and safety standards. Oversees flight scheduling, aircraft maintenance, and inspection operations. Additionally, Aviation Manager applies risk management best practices for safety to assess and manage operations May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to senior management. The Aviation Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Aviation Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     A Day in the Life of The Regional Sales Manager, Americas

    As the Regional Sales Manager, Americas, you will be responsible for prospecting and maintaining relationships with airlines and heavy maintenance MROs in the Americas, driving results by developing sales strategy and engaging the internal groups within the company to support the region.

     

    Essential Duties of The Regional Sales Manager, Americas

    • Actively identify and prospect new customers in the Americas 
    • Maintain and develop close relationships with customers in the region
    • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
    • Ensure continuous RFQ flow from assigned customers
    • Prospect and develop new business opportunities
    • Prepare and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
    • Provide consultancy on problematic matters
    • Customer debt collection monitoring
    • Organize weekly sales team operative meetings
    • Provide feedback to the team on budget performance and an update on all relevant news and information. 
    • Fulfill yearly targets and goals and report accordingly
    • Fulfill tasks assigned by management
     
     
    Required Skills and Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree diploma or equivalent experience
    • Minimum 2 years experience in Sales/Marketing in the Aviation industry
    • Well-connected within the aviation industry, especially with airlines and MROs in the Americas
    • Aviation parts brokering experience is a must
    • Team player, Self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
    • Ability   to   manage   multiple   projects   and   responsibilities   simultaneously   and   to prioritize tasks
    • Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment
    • Excellent listening and presentation abilities
    • Strong communicator with excellent writing skills
    • MS Office Excel knowledge is required
    • Fluent in English
    • Spanish language skills 
    • Located in Miami/Broward counties
    • Quantum and/or AMOS experience
    Travel:
    • Up to 50% travel may be required as deemed necessary to perform this job
    Location:
    • Home office, as we do not yet have an office in the USA.
    Team and support/Training:
    • One team member in Miami
    • Others will help and train from other locations like Lithuania, the UK, or Asia Pacific.
