Ribtec is the world leader in producing stainless steel fibers for the refractory. We are in our fifth decade of developing and manufacturing stainless steel fibers and was the first company to commercialize the use of the Melt Extract process. We are recruiting for a keen, dedicated and hard-working individual to join our team.

The standard shift is 3 x 12 hour shifts, Monday to Wednesday. Starting hourly rate is $20.30 p/hr.

As a Bagger/Production Operative, duties include -

• Handle and pack products on process lines
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures
• Adhere to Quality standards
• Adhere to Health and Safety standards
• General housekeeping of the working area
• Repack goods as necessary
• Shipping and receiving duties
• Assist with maintenance

• Must be flexible for shifts with the possibility of nightshifts
• Computer literate
• Fit and able to lift up to 60lb bags and boxes
