Job Summary:

The Bakery Department Manager-In-Training assists the Bakery Department Manager with managing the department inventory, pricing integrity, training and other operational processes that require significant attention to detail. This is a fast-paced position that requires efficiency, effectiveness, and a passion for excellence to drive results while curating an impeccable experience for our customers and team members.

The Bakery Department Manager-In-Training will need to have excellent communication skills and a passion for excellence. Previous leadership experience is a plus.

• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Eye for detail and accuracy.

Candidate must be able to work early morning shifts.
