    1. Customer Engagement and Sales Support:

    • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and ingredients to effectively engage with customers and drive sales.
    • Assist in setting up cash boxes, iPads, and Point of Sale (POS) systems to facilitate smooth transactions.
    • Provide product information, and offer recommendations to enhance their experience.
    • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper reconciliation at the end of each shift.

    2. Market Setup and Logistics:

    • Collaborate with the team to set up market booths, ensuring that all equipment and displays are arranged attractively and functionally.
    • Assist in transporting bakery products, signage, and promotional materials to and from market locations.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to allocate tasks and ensure timely completion of setup activities.
    • Help maintain inventory levels of events, replenishing stock as needed to meet customer demand throughout the event.

    3. Team Management and Support:

    • Work closely with the Event Manager to schedule staff rotations, allocate responsibilities, and oversee day-to-day operations.
    • Provide guidance and support to sales team members, assisting them in addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and camaraderie among team members.
    • Act as a liaison between the sales team and management, relaying feedback, concerns, and suggestions for improvement.

    4. Administrative Tasks and Record-Keeping:

    • Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and market performance metrics.
    • Help prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash receipts to ensure accuracy and accountability.
    • Support the Event Manager in coordinating event logistics, such as securing permits, scheduling vendor load-in/out times, and adhering to market regulations.

    5. Flexibility and Adaptability:

    • Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, being available to work weekends and early morning shifts as required by market and event schedules.
