The Bakery Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Stock, rotate and replenish merchandise and ensure highest quality standards are met. Break down loads onto stock carts or U-Boats, and transfer to the sales floor. Maintain clean work areas by consolidating and organizing product. Able to withstand extreme cold (going in and out of the freezer) and extreme heat ( taking product from the ovens).
