Quonnie Farms LLC is looking for a full-time Baking Manager to join our team in Charlestown, RI.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about baking and loves to work with people. This position requires someone who is organized, has good time management skills, and is a great communicator.

Job Description:

• Manage the baking schedule, including scheduling of staff, purchasing of ingredients, equipment, and supplies, and preparation of baked goods
• Oversee the baking process from start to finish, including the production of cakes and cupcakes
• Ensure all cakes and cupcakes meet Quonnie Farms LLC’s quality standards
• Manage the baking process from start to finish including ordering of ingredients, equipment, supplies, and maintenance of equipment
• Ensure that all baked goods are fresh and delicious every time you order an order
• Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment for staff and customers alike
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
