Bakery Lead:
Primarily 1st Shift, Tuesday - Saturday (Minimum 35 Hours per week)
Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour, plus quarterly profit share
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Owner and General Manager to develop and maintain Bakery menu
Attend weekly meetings with General Manager, Prep Lead & Back of House Lead to discuss operational needs, staffing, inventory and coordinate orders and deliveries.
Ensure volume needs for all operations are met each week.
Develop and maintain procedures and guidelines for bakery operations.
Train and supervise staff to produce high-quality bakery items while following proper food handling procedures.
Oversee day to day operations of the bakery and staff.
Develop employees and staff.
Ensure opening and closing duties are completed correctly.
Ensure for a safe working and guest environment.
Oversee and ensure policies are followed.
Obtain feedback on food and service from guests.
Handle customer problems and complaints, in conjunction with general manager.
Research bakery trends and promoting bakery services.
Maintain familiarity with health department inspection and regulations.
Must be ServSafe certified and uphold all guidelines.
Develop, maintain and update recipe files.
