Bakery Manager

Duties:

- Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including production, inventory management, and customer service.
- Manage a team of bakery staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Create and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as catering or banquets, to fulfill special orders or events.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
