Sales Manager position available in the Terre Haute Indiana marketing area. The desired candidate must be in this area. Position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Essential Functions

• Developing and growing customer relationships within a big box selling environment.
• Providing leadership to a team to achieve sales volume targets.
• Recruiting, training and developing a team of merchandisers to meet customer requirements and expectations, as well as sales targets.
• Providing feedback to management to ensure effective results.
• Meeting and exceeding customer expectations by following company strategies.
• Observing and reporting competitive activity within the territory and recommending solutions to management
• Promoting practices that result in all employees conducting themselves in a safe and professional manner.

Qualifications

Successful candidates must have at least three years of sales and management experience in a consumer-packaged goods or direct store delivery environment. A college degree is preferred.

Starting pay for this position is $60,000 per year based on experience.
