Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to oversee our bakery operations. As the Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the bakery, including inventory control, food safety, customer service, and shift management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality bakery products.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day bakery operations, ensuring efficient production and delivery of bakery items
- Supervise and train bakery staff, including hiring and conducting performance evaluations
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to maintain consistent quality and safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order bakery supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Oversee the creation of new bakery products and coordinate with the culinary team
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional strategies and increase bakery sales
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special orders in a professional manner
- Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or bakery management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of inventory control practices and ability to manage food costs effectively
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to implement proper procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for customers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training bakery staff
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
