Job Description :

Payment Processing Associate (NOT REMOTE)

$12.75 / hr. 25-30 hours per week, starting time 8AM

2-3 weeks of training / 10-key and typing assessment required and will be conducted during the interview

High school diploma, background and drug screen required

Job Track Description :

• Performs business support or technical work, using data organizing and coordination skills.
• Performs tasks based on established procedures.
• In some areas, requires vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent experience.

As a Payment Processing Associate, you will be responsible for :

• Providing production services to client operations by performing data entry tasks
• Reviewing documents to identify pertinent information
• Accurately processing the information provided using the posting rules and guidelines set forth by the client
• Researching problematic payments

Requirements

• Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
• Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
• Be able to successfully pass a backgound check and drug test
• 10-key assessment required on a computer
• Have good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
• Have a great attention to detail
• e organized and have the ability to multi-task and while adapting to changing priorities
