Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Clerk performs routine administrative tasks in support of the commercial banking and business loan processing group. Tasks include preparing credit reports, maintaining processing records, and responding to simple questions. Being a Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Clerk requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Clerk may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Position General Responsibilities:
Process and approve commercial, agricultural and some consumer loan requests. Inspections and verification of collateral and evaluation of operations through field inspections. Development of new business by expanding existing relationships and calling on potential customers. Cross sell Bank products. Represent the Bank in various community activities.
