Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Clerk performs routine administrative tasks in support of the commercial banking and business loan processing group. Tasks include preparing credit reports, maintaining processing records, and responding to simple questions. Being a Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Clerk requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Clerk may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Position Summary
This position is responsible for setting up shipping loads both full trailer and LTL.
Essential Functions
- Perform duties in a safe manner utilizing all required personal protection equipment.

- Exhibit quality awareness to meet or exceed our customer’s expectations
Position Responsibilities
- Prints shipping labels in CAMS system
- Sets up load locations in system
- Handles UPS process for plants EN and ET
- Works with Customer Service to expedite rush orders
- Sets up bills of lading in system
- Handles live loads
- Communicates with freight checkers on loading dock to verify order accuracy
- Handles sample orders going to local sample companies for production
- Coordinates with outside backing company for load transportation
- Drives lift truck as needed to fill in for other shipping positions
- Overtime will be required
Essential Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of CAMS
- Certified as Lift Truck Operator
- General knowledge of shipping processes
Competencies
- Good communication skills
- Experience with CAMS system
Education requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
