Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Clerk performs routine administrative tasks in support of the commercial banking and business loan processing group. Tasks include preparing credit reports, maintaining processing records, and responding to simple questions. Being a Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Clerk requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Clerk may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.   • Qualified applicants need to be experienced with the complete Consumer and Commercial loan processing with an emphasis on Commerical, including assisting customers on a daily basis with payments and general loan questions. Applicant must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work closely will all loan officers and other bank departments in completing loan documents and maintenance of loan files.

    The ability to work efficiently in Excel and Word is required. Prioritizing, multi-tasking and attention to details are important in this position.

    · Organizing documents that are required for all loan types.

    · Coordinate loan closing documents with the Lender & Title Company.

    · Prepare approved loan documents through LaserPro loan origination software.

    · Review closed loans for accuracy and missing signatures and documents.

    · Boarding of Loan to the CSI Core.

    · Imaging of Loan Files in CSI CenterDoc.

    · Follow-up and process final loan documents.

    · Monitor loan exceptions daily.

    · Process loan payments and draw request.

    · Attend training and testing on Federal and State Regulations.

    · All other duties as assigned.

    Salary is based on Experience of Applicant

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
