ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to growth, F&M Trust is adding a Commercial Loan Processing Support Specialist to join the Commercial Loan Processing team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring effective pre-closing and post-closing commercial loan documentation review, updating the commercial loan documentation exception tracking system, coordinating the residential appraisal process, preparing and reviewing reports, and more.

LOCATION

This position will report to the Commercial Loan Processing Manager and will be based in our Corporate Headquarters in Chambersburg, PA. A hybrid working arrangement is available after a satisfactory introductory period and successful demonstration of key accountabilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in the financial services industry, specifically relating to commercial lending, credit administration, loan review, loan documentation, lien perfection, or HMDA, strongly preferred. Experience outside of banking, but interrelated to the financial services industry, may be considered.
• Must possess strong Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe skills and be interested in using technology in the role.
• Highly attentive to details and organized.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Ability to work independently.
