Texell, named one of the BEST credit unions to work for in the nation, is seeking an Assistant Loan Processing Manager to work onsite at our Temple, TX headquarters!

As an Assistant Loan Processing Manager, you will:
- Supervise the loan processing team to include review of work quality and training. Coach and mentor loan processor staff to meet the evolving needs of the credit union.
- Review consumer loans for accuracy to ensure quality standards are met. Utilize loan quality reviews to improve oversight, address errors and inconsistencies in policy and procedures.
- Coordinate and manage processes within the department and make efficiency improvements as needed.
- Assist the loan processing team with processing consumer loan documents and loan files as needed.
- Maintain and establish dealership relationships, outside of indirect dealership relationships. Monitor the funding of express checks directly to dealerships.
- Assist with various projects to assist with credit union lending initiatives.

- Has two-five years of similar or related experience, including the supervision of others.
- Is proficient with Microsoft 365 products and general office equipment.
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Has a 2- or 4-year college degree (highly preferred).
- Adheres to the highest ethical standards, and someone who always exhibits professional conduct.
