Job Summary
The Electronic Banking Clerk 2 primary responsibility is assisting customer with Electronic Banking issues. Other duties will include assisting with special project management, employee training, accurately documenting product procedures. Including but not limited to assisting in gathering information for audits, and exams, as well as being backup for the electronic banking and operations department.
Assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
Essential Duties
· Assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
· Primary contact for electronic banking issues including but not limited to
o Online banking
o Mobile banking
o Telebanking banking
o Debit Cards
· Assist with Special Project Management. Including but not limited to FIS solutions implementation, Core Conversion, network cleanup.
· Train bank employees on current BSF products and services so that they can better assist customers.
· Commercial online banking onboarding: Assist other employees in the onboarding process.
· Facilitate Product demo onsite or virtual for customers per officers request
· Indexing Cash Management/Treasury Management Images
· Review, maintain, update, and write procedures.
· Assist in gathering documentation and information for audits and exams
· Assists in the process of creating and implementing electronic systems.
· Performs dual control duties as needed
· Process incoming, outgoing, and international wires as received
· Assists Operations Department in the absence of other bank employees
· Primary Backup to Electronic Banking Clerk 1 (see job description)
· Provides monthly Electronic Banking reports to supervisor
· Create and modify workflows as needed
· Maintain records in accordance with record retention schedule
· Monthly goal for referrals should be met
· Backup within the department as required and assisting in special projects.
