Provide support to and strengthen the effectiveness of leaders and teams to which associate is primarily aligned. Responsible for providing industry related research and analysis, development of marketing material, and management of sales pipeline. Associate will support the ongoing servicing of Relationship Managers RMs) and/or clients, including direct client contact, with an increasing level of autonomy.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct industry and company research using available resources to source prospect names, develop and refine prospect lists in coordination with industry coverage team and partners
Develop pitch materials including industry specific and general economic information
Contribute industry relevant material for internal deal discussions i.e. org calls and credit screens and take leadership role in such calls
Generate customized industry-specific content for internal and external purposes
Partner with RMs to deliver on value proposition; demonstrate growing comfort level with client interactions; may own less-complexity opportunities on behalf of RM.
Track calling and marketing efforts to clients and prospects, reinforce proper use of CRM system with the coverage team, assisting as needed
Develop enhanced understanding of the market, credit, and products; continue to develop relationship management skills with appropriate autonomy
Demonstrate a continuously increasing knowledge of assigned industry, proactive creativity around idea generation
Require less oversight and direction from assigned RM or team; effectively work with partners and teammates with greater independence, able to take ownership of projects
Provide strategic perspective around industry expertise and initiatives that drive business growth

Bachelor’s degree
Four years of related financial services work experience
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills

High level of adaptability and flexibility with strong organizational and time management skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
